Mountain Meadow Pole Shoot

Group Photo + Video Shoot with Skyclad Studio and Forest Gremlin

Date: Sunday, April 27th 2025 2-6PM

Location: Three Forks Natural Area (near Snoqualmie, WA)

GPS to Three Forks Off Leash Dog Park Parking Lot

Join us for a magical opportunity to capture your dance in a beautiful meadow with mountains in the background! River and Nat are cohosting this group shoot. Nat will be taking photos and River will be capturing video! Our lovely production assistant Knotty Nymph (pictured in the promo content) will be helping out on set as well.

Here's what you can expect: Free public parking is available via the Three Forks Natural Area Dog Park, after parking you will need to walk down a trail for 5 minutes to reach the meadow where we will have the pole set up. Order of dancers getting photos/videos will be first come first served so you may need to wait for some folks to go before you but you'll get to watch some beautiful dancers and possibly make a new friend! You can leave as soon as you are done if you like or stay and hang out. It’s a beautiful spot to bring a blanket and some snacks for after your dance session. We can help coordinate some carpooling from Seattle. Please email skycladstudio.pnw@gmail.com if you need secure a carpool option before booking your spot in the shoot so we can confirm if that can be arranged.

Pole Details: We are using a X-Pole expert stage pole with chrome or pink powder coat (we will bring both and you can choose). The pole can be changed to static or spin at your preference. You will sign a liability waiver releasing us from responsibility for injuries on the pole before the shoot. We will set up the stage pole (rated for up to 250lbs) to be as safe and stable as possible but you need to be mindful and be careful!

How many spots are in the shoot? We have 15 spots available in the shoot.

How long do I have to sign up? Shoot registration closes at 5pm the day before, Saturday April 26th unless the shoot sells out, in which case will make an announcement on social media and this page that registration is closed. The evening before the shoot you will receive an email with detailed directions with photos on how to walk from the parking lot to the meadow where the pole is and our phone numbers in case you get lost or need help.

Is my booking refundable? Shoot price is fully refundable up to 24 hours before the shoot minus a $20 processing fee. This gives us enough time to find someone to take your place in the shoot as they usually sell out and spots are limited. If the weather is stormy on the planned day we will provide a backup date and refund anyone who is not available for the rescheduled date.

Pricing and Deliverables:

We have three different packages for this shoot so you can find what works for your budget. Click on the package you want and add it to cart, make sure you check out in order to book your spot in the shoot! Prices include taxes and credit card processing fees. You are welcome to book more than one package if you want to gift one to a friend.

You will receive your content via email within two weeks of the shoot. Please feel free to email River at skycladstudio.pnw@gmail.com with any questions.
